The New York Law School Law Review is a participant in the Open Access Law Program, a new program designed to make legal scholarship freely available online to everyone, without undue copyright and licensing restrictions.
Consistent with these principles, the Law Review posts all content on-line, in easily accessible pdf format. The Law Review acquires no rights in the content, except the limited right to publish and post the material. Copyright remains with the author.
