The Law Review invites all students who do not
meet the grade-on selection criteria, and who are not part of the
Comprehensive Curriculum Program, to participate in the Annual Write-On
Competition. The writing competition requires students to
demonstrate their writing and substantive legal analysis skills by
drafting a short paper based on a fact pattern that is developed by the
Law Review.

Number of Write-On
Invitations
There is no limit to the number of students who may write-on. Invitations are extended based on the merit of the written submission only. In 2008, the Law Review received approximately 50 write-on submissions and extended invitations to three students.
When Invitations Will Be Extended
If you are selected to join the Law Review, we will contact you no later than one week after submission date by email and/or phone.
All students invited to join the Law Review will be required to attend our Orientation beginning Monday, August 17, 2009. In addition, all Law Review members are required to register for Legal Scholarship, a seminar course offered once per week in the Fall semester.
